Made from casein (the main protein extracted from milk), our casein tryptone is produced through trypsin digestion, neutralization, filtration, concentration, and spray drying. It contains a variety of amino acids, and especially high in tryptophan content.

Application

This product is suitable for cultivation of protozoan and antibacterial or antiseptic testing, antibiotics and other antimicrobial substances testing and preparation of axenic culture medium. It is suitable for the growth of anaerobic bacteria, fungi, streptococcus pneumonia, lactobacillus, corynebacterium, clostridium, and testing of water and milk bacterial.
